Sorry I have not posted on here in forever. I barely see a need to update anything on here now. I leave Australian in 17 days (in ~40 minutes). I cannot wait to get home but obviously will miss it here, for a few reasons. BUT, since my last post….. or what I stole from my friends, Kelsey’s brother Nick came to visit us in Australia and we went to the Whitsunda Islands and went sailing for a weekend. We got to snorkle on the Great Barrier Reef and I even took an introductory dive course! It was awesome. We saw so many fish and even got to pet on which was named “Elvis”. He was HUGE and is so used to being handled by people that he comes right up to them. Our guide fed him bread and he followed us around for a bit. The following weekend Kelsey, Nick and I went white water rafting on the Tully River ( a 3 hour bus ride from Townsville and about 2 hours south of Cairns). It was a lot of fun. I have never done anything like that before besides kayak on a small river at my uncles camp. It was intense and luckily we didn’t fall out of our boat, unlike some people. I will post something on here, like pictures and such later on. Right now I need to sleep as I’ve been up all day studying for finals which I have 4 of. FUN! Bonne nuit, mes amis.

Kaja <3
My parents got a German Shepard puppy that I named Kaja which means ‘Pure’ in Estonian and ‘Echo’ in Greek. I called her this because she is a barker and a pure breed:) I literally am so excited to meet her! I keep skyping my parents and making them let me see her. I even watched her play outside with my dad a little while ago! I can’t wait to be home now!
[ALL OF THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND I AM TOO LAZY TO BLOG ABOUT IT :)]
Saturday!
Our big adventure to Surfers Paradise started early Saturday morning at 6:00am! We had a flight out of Townsville at 8:20, so at 7:00 Melissa’s roommate Pat drove us to the airport. His car is kind of small (all of the cars here are much smaller than in America!) so we had to put one…
